YSU Tailgate Party

Lake Erie Golf Cars is a proud sponsor of the Youngstown State University Athletic Department and showed support for the Penguins by throwing a tailgate party. It was a great game if you came out too! The Penguins move to 2-0 on the season by defeating Dayton 49-16 and breaking the TD passing record. Sophomore Demeatric Crenshaw tied the individual mark by throwing five touchdowns. Junior Mitch Davidson was able to throw the record-breaking touchdown.

They weren’t the only stars of the day though. Moink’s BBQ came through in the clutch with some amazing food. The sausages with peppers and onions had a nice smokey flavor. The chicken and pulled pork made me go back for seconds. Maybe even thirds, shhh. I can’t wait to try some of the other options on their catering menu. If you are in the area, you should stop out and give them a try.
